स्वच्छता से लेकर पार्किंग तक पुख्ता इंतजाम
पौड़ी गढ़वाल: मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के निर्देशों एवं जिलाधिकारी स्वाति एस. भदौरिया के निर्देशन में नीलकंठ महादेव कांवड़ यात्रा को सुरक्षित, सुव्यवस्थित और श्रद्धालु-अनुकूल बनाने के लिए जिला प्रशासन पूरी तरह सक्रिय है। तहसील प्रशासन, विकासखंड कार्यालय और जिला पंचायत संयुक्त रूप से यात्रा मार्गों पर स्वच्छता, पार्किंग, यातायात, चिकित्सा, विद्युत और पेयजल जैसी आवश्यक व्यवस्थाओं की लगातार निगरानी कर रहे हैं।
जिलाधिकारी स्वाति एस. भदौरिया ने बताया कि कांवड़ यात्रा की व्यवस्थाओं की प्रतिदिन समीक्षा की जा रही है। जोनल एवं सेक्टर मजिस्ट्रेट नियमित रूप से रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत कर रहे हैं और सभी विभाग आपसी समन्वय के साथ जिम्मेदारीपूर्वक कार्य कर रहे हैं। श्रद्धालुओं को स्वच्छता के प्रति जागरूक किया जा रहा है तथा किसी भी समस्या के समाधान के लिए त्वरित कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की गई है।
अपर मुख्य अधिकारी जिला पंचायत संजय खण्डूरी ने बताया कि 5 जुलाई से यात्रा क्षेत्र में 50 सफाई कर्मियों और चार कूड़ा पिकअप वाहनों की तैनाती की गई है। श्रद्धालुओं की सुविधा के लिए जिला पंचायत की 60 वाहन क्षमता वाली निःशुल्क पार्किंग, 10-सीटर शौचालय, निकासी द्वार पर अतिरिक्त शौचालय तथा पीपलकोटी से पार्किंग तक महिलाओं एवं पुरुषों के लिए तीन-तीन सीट वाले बायो-टॉयलेट की व्यवस्था की गई है।
महिला श्रद्धालुओं के लिए पिंक टॉयलेट तथा धात्री माताओं और शिशुओं की सुविधा हेतु अमृत कक्ष (फीडिंग रूम) भी बनाया गया है। मंदिर मार्ग पर चार अतिरिक्त शौचालय स्थापित किए गए हैं, जिनकी नियमित साफ-सफाई के लिए रोस्टर के अनुसार कार्मिक तैनात हैं। सूखे और गीले कचरे के पृथक संग्रहण के लिए 22 कूड़ेदान लगाए गए हैं, जिन्हें प्रतिदिन तीन बार खाली कराया जा रहा है।
बरसात के दौरान फिसलन रोकने के लिए यात्रा मार्गों पर नियमित रूप से ब्लीचिंग पाउडर का छिड़काव किया जा रहा है। वहीं नीलकंठ क्षेत्र की स्वच्छता व्यवस्था की सतत निगरानी के लिए जिला पंचायत के 10 कार्मिक स्थायी रूप से तैनात किए गए हैं।
जिला प्रशासन ने सभी श्रद्धालुओं से अपील की है कि कूड़ा केवल निर्धारित स्थानों पर ही डालें तथा प्रशासन के दिशा-निर्देशों का पालन करते हुए नीलकंठ कांवड़ यात्रा को सुरक्षित, स्वच्छ और शांतिपूर्ण बनाने में अपना सहयोग दें।
