देहरादून। विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण (SIR) अभियान को लेकर मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी डॉ. बी.वी.आर.सी. पुरुषोत्तम ने सोमवार को कुमाऊं एवं गढ़वाल मंडल के आयुक्तों तथा देहरादून, हरिद्वार, नैनीताल और ऊधमसिंह नगर के जिलाधिकारियों के साथ वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से समीक्षा बैठक की। बैठक में दावे एवं आपत्तियों के निस्तारण की प्रगति और आगे की कार्ययोजना पर जिलेवार चर्चा की गई।
मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि सभी दावे एवं आपत्तियों की नियमानुसार सुनवाई सुनिश्चित की जाए। किसी भी स्तर पर लापरवाही सामने आने पर संबंधित अधिकारी की जिम्मेदारी तय करते हुए यथोचित कार्रवाई की जाएगी। उन्होंने जिलाधिकारियों को राजनैतिक दलों और मीडिया के साथ नियमित संवाद बनाए रखने के भी निर्देश दिए।
समीक्षा के दौरान सभी जनपदों के जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारियों से फार्म-6, फार्म-7 और फार्म-8 के निस्तारण की प्रगति की जानकारी ली गई। सीईओ ने कहा कि जिन बूथों पर 4 प्रतिशत से अधिक परिवर्धन अथवा 2 प्रतिशत से अधिक अपमार्जन की संभावना है, वहां संबंधित निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिकारी (ERO) व्यक्तिगत रूप से निरीक्षण एवं समीक्षा करते हुए नियमानुसार कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करें।
मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने कुमाऊं आयुक्त दीपक रावत और गढ़वाल आयुक्त आनंद स्वरूप द्वारा हाल में किए गए जनपद भ्रमण का फीडबैक भी लिया। उन्होंने दोनों मंडलायुक्तों को लगातार फील्ड विजिट करते हुए SIR अभियान की प्रगति की निगरानी करने के निर्देश दिए।
बैठक में अपर मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी डॉ. विजय कुमार जोगदंडे, संयुक्त मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र दुम्का, सहायक मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी मस्तू दास सहित दोनों मंडलायुक्त और संबंधित जिलाधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
