‘जच्चा और बच्चा देश का भविष्य’, पोषण मेले में ऋतु खण्डूडी ने दिया संतुलित आहार का संदेश
कोटद्वार। विधानसभा अध्यक्ष उत्तराखंड एवं विधायक कोटद्वार ऋतु खण्डूडी भूषण ने कोटद्वार–नजीबाबाद रोड स्थित रोटरी क्लब कोटद्वार के सभागार में महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं बाल विकास विभाग तथा रोटरी क्लब कोटद्वार के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में आयोजित राष्ट्रीय पोषण माह अभियान के अंतर्गत महिला एवं बाल पोषण मेले में प्रतिभाग किया।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान लक्ष्मी किट वितरण, गर्भवती महिलाओं की गोद भराई, बच्चों का अन्नप्राशन संस्कार सहित विभिन्न पोषण एवं जनजागरूकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए गए। इस अवसर पर महिलाओं एवं बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य, पोषण, स्वच्छता एवं संतुलित आहार से संबंधित विभिन्न गतिविधियों के माध्यम से लोगों को जागरूक किया गया। साथ ही गर्भवती एवं धात्री माताओं तथा बच्चों के पोषण से संबंधित महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी भी दी गई।
इस अवसर पर विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि “जच्चा और बच्चा देश का भविष्य हैं।” मातृ एवं शिशु स्वास्थ्य को बेहतर बनाने के लिए पोषण पर विशेष ध्यान देना आवश्यक है। स्वस्थ मां और स्वस्थ बच्चे ही स्वस्थ एवं सशक्त समाज की मजबूत नींव रखते हैं। बच्चों के समुचित शारीरिक एवं मानसिक विकास के लिए पौष्टिक एवं संतुलित आहार अत्यंत आवश्यक है।
उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में केंद्र सरकार तथा मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा महिलाओं एवं बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य, पोषण एवं कल्याण के लिए अनेक महत्वपूर्ण योजनाएं संचालित की जा रही हैं। इन योजनाओं का लाभ पात्र लाभार्थियों तक पहुंचाने के साथ-साथ जन-जागरूकता बढ़ाना भी आवश्यक है।
विधानसभा अध्यक्ष ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी, मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी एवं महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं बाल विकास मंत्री रेखा आर्य जी का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि मातृ एवं शिशु स्वास्थ्य तथा पोषण को प्राथमिकता देते हुए किए जा रहे प्रयास एक स्वस्थ एवं सशक्त समाज के निर्माण की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि हमारे स्थानीय एवं पारंपरिक खाद्य पदार्थ पोषक तत्वों से भरपूर हैं। इन्हें दैनिक आहार में शामिल कर महिलाओं एवं बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य को बेहतर बनाया जा सकता है। उन्होंने सभी से पोषण के प्रति जागरूक रहने तथा अपने आसपास के परिवारों को भी संतुलित एवं पौष्टिक आहार के लिए प्रेरित करने का आह्वान किया।
कार्यक्रम में जिला अध्यक्ष महिला मोर्चा शशि बाला केष्टवाल , मंडल अध्यक्ष विकासदीप मित्तल, सीडीपीओ शशि भट्ट, संतोषी गोसाईं, सैला रतूड़ी एवं सरोजनी सहित महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं बाल विकास विभाग के अधिकारी-कर्मचारी तथा रोटरी क्लब कोटद्वार के पदाधिकारी एवं सदस्य उपस्थित रहे।
