देहरादून। उत्तराखंड राज्य महिला आयोग की अध्यक्ष कुसुम कण्डवाल ने देहरादून स्थित सखी वन स्टॉप सेंटर का अचानक दौरा कर वहां उपलब्ध सुविधाओं और महिलाओं से जुड़े मामलों के निस्तारण की प्रक्रिया का जायजा लिया। निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने पीड़ित महिलाओं को मिलने वाली कानूनी सहायता, मनोवैज्ञानिक परामर्श और अन्य जरूरी सेवाओं की जानकारी लेते हुए व्यवस्थाओं को प्रभावी बनाने पर जोर दिया।
केंद्र में आने वाली महिलाओं की समस्याओं और शिकायतों के समाधान को लेकर भी विस्तार से चर्चा की गई। इस दौरान केंद्र की प्रशासिका माया नेगी ने बताया कि यहां हर महीने करीब 60 से 70 मामले सामने आते हैं। इनमें अधिकतर शिकायतें घरेलू हिंसा और पारिवारिक विवादों से जुड़ी होती हैं।
उन्होंने बताया कि कई मामलों में आपसी बातचीत, समझाइश और मध्यस्थता के माध्यम से विवाद सुलझाने का प्रयास किया जाता है। वहीं, जिन मामलों में तत्काल समाधान नहीं निकल पाता, उनमें विशेषज्ञों की मदद से लगातार काउंसिलिंग की जाती है, ताकि संबंधित महिलाओं को उचित सहायता मिल सके।
निरीक्षण के दौरान महिला आयोग अध्यक्ष कुसुम कण्डवाल ने केंद्र के कामकाज की समीक्षा करते हुए कर्मचारियों को निर्देश दिए कि यहां मदद के लिए पहुंचने वाली महिलाओं के साथ संवेदनशीलता और सम्मान के साथ व्यवहार किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि संकट की स्थिति में आने वाली महिलाओं को सुरक्षित माहौल उपलब्ध कराना और उनकी समस्याओं पर समय रहते कार्रवाई करना प्राथमिकता होनी चाहिए।
उन्होंने परामर्श व्यवस्था को और मजबूत बनाने की आवश्यकता भी जताई। उनके अनुसार, प्रभावी काउंसिलिंग और उचित मार्गदर्शन से कई पारिवारिक विवादों का समाधान संभव हो सकता है। साथ ही, महिलाओं को उनकी परिस्थितियों के अनुसार जरूरी सहायता और न्याय दिलाने की दिशा में भी गंभीरता से काम किया जाना चाहिए।
