देहरादून। मुख्य सचिव आनंद बर्द्धन की अध्यक्षता में सचिवालय में आयोजित व्यय वित्त समिति की बैठक में विभिन्न विभागों के विकास कार्यों से जुड़े पांच प्रस्तावों को मंजूरी प्रदान की गई। बैठक में कुल आठ प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत किए गए, जिनमें से तीन प्रस्तावों को आवश्यक समीक्षा एवं परीक्षण के लिए आरक्षित रखा गया।
बैठक में सहसपुर में ₹326.64 करोड़ की लागत से बनने वाली पंडित श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी जलाशय परियोजना और नैनीताल जनपद की ₹382.40 करोड़ की खैरना बैराज पेयजल परियोजना को स्वीकृति दी गई।
इसके अलावा बागेश्वर में ₹13.15 करोड़ की लागत से सर्किट हाउस निर्माण तथा नैनीताल जनपद में कैंची धाम बाईपास मोटर मार्ग के डामरीकरण एवं सुधारीकरण के लिए ₹21.81 करोड़ के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी मिली।
वहीं, हरिद्वार में कुंभ मेला-2027 की तैयारियों के तहत एकीकृत स्वच्छता व्यवस्था के लिए ₹25 करोड़ के प्रस्ताव को भी अनुमोदन प्रदान किया गया। इसके तहत स्वच्छता कार्यों में तैनात कर्मचारियों और आउटसोर्सिंग एजेंसियों का बायोमेट्रिक सहित आधुनिक तकनीकों से सत्यापन किया जाएगा।
मुख्य सचिव आनंद बर्द्धन ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि सभी विकास परियोजनाओं में वित्तीय अनुशासन, तकनीकी गुणवत्ता, पारदर्शिता और समयबद्धता का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि परियोजनाओं की डीपीआर तैयार करते समय तकनीकी, भू-वैज्ञानिक और वित्तीय पहलुओं का समुचित परीक्षण किया जाए, ताकि भविष्य में लागत वृद्धि और कार्यों में देरी की स्थिति उत्पन्न न हो।
बैठक में स्यूंसी झील निर्माण परियोजना और रुद्रप्रयाग शहर के मास्टर प्लान फेज-1 से संबंधित प्रस्तावों की समीक्षा के निर्देश दिए गए। रुद्रप्रयाग मास्टर प्लान में ड्रेनेज व्यवस्था इस प्रकार तैयार करने को कहा गया कि घरों से निकलने वाला गंदा पानी सीधे नदी में प्रवाहित न हो।
इसके अतिरिक्त श्री केदारनाथ धाम में आधारभूत संरचना, सबस्टेशन पैनल एवं अन्य निर्माण कार्यों से संबंधित प्रस्ताव को अतिरिक्त लागत के विस्तृत सत्यापन के लिए आरक्षित रखा गया।
मुख्य सचिव ने सभी विभागों को निर्देशित किया कि स्वीकृत परियोजनाओं का लाभ निर्धारित समयावधि में आम जनता तक पहुंचाना सुनिश्चित किया जाए।
बैठक में प्रमुख सचिव आर.के. सुधांशु, आर. मीनाक्षी सुंदरम, सचिव पंकज पांडेय, डॉ. आर. राजेश कुमार, श्रीधर बाबू अदांकी सहित संबंधित विभागों के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
