देहरादून। विधानसभा में भाजपा मंत्री प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल के पर्वतीय समाज के प्रति की गई टिप्पणी से आक्रोश भड़क गया।
संसदीय कार्यमंत्री प्रेमचन्द ने कहा कि पहाड़ में कोई मध्य प्रदेश से आया ,कोई राजस्थान से आया। पहाड़ में हैं कौन..देसी-पहाड़ी ..इसी पर बात हो जाय,, उत्तराखंड क्या पहाड़ के लोगों के लिए बना.. उत्तेजित मंत्री ने इस बीच असंसदीय शब्द का भी प्रयोग किया।
शुक्रवार को भोजनावकाश के बाद शुरू हुए सदन में मंत्री अग्रवाल पहाड़ी-देसी के मुद्दे पर तल्ख लहजे में बोलते नजर आए।
सदन के अंदर बोले गए अभद्र बोल पर विभिन्न संगठनों ने नाराजगी जाहिर की है।
रीजनल पार्टी ने शहरी विकास व संसदीय कार्य मंत्री प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल से इस्तीफा मांगा है।
विधानसभा सत्र के दौरान सदन में शहरी विकास मंत्री प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल द्वारा पहाड़ी समाज के लिए अमर्यादित शब्दों के प्रयोग पर राष्ट्रवादी रीजनल पार्टी ने प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल से माफी मांगने अथवा इस्तीफा देने की मांग की है।
राष्ट्रवादी रीजनल पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष शिवप्रसाद सेमवाल ने कहा कि प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल का बयान पर्वतीय समाज के प्रति उनकी नफरत को दर्शाता है।
शिव प्रसाद सेमवाल ने विधानसभा अध्यक्ष रितु खंडूरी से मांग की कि, यदि प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल माफी नहीं मांगते तो इस तरह के आचरण पर संसदीय कार्य मंत्री और शहरी विकास मंत्री प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल को सदन मे आगामी दो विधानसभा सत्रों तक प्रवेश करने पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया जाए।
राष्ट्रवादी रीजनल पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष शिवप्रसाद सेमवाल ने कहा कि प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल पिछले कार्यकाल में विधानसभा अध्यक्ष भी रह चुके हैं इसके बावजूद खुलेआम सड़क पर मारपीट और उनके ही कार्यकर्ताओं द्वारा उनके खिलाफ सड़क पर गाली-गलौज जैसे किस्से पहले भी हो चुके हैं। इससे सभी माननीयों की गरिमा समाज में कम होती है। इस पर तत्काल रोक लगाई जानी चाहिए।
शिव प्रसाद सेमवाल ने कहा कि यदि प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल माफी नहीं मांगते तो प्रदेश भर में शहरी विकास मंत्री के पुतले फूंके जाएंगे और मुख्यमंत्री से प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल को मंत्रिमंडल से बाहर करने की मांग की जाएगी।
