सशक्त भू कानून विधेयक प्रदेश के मूल स्वरूप को सुरक्षित रखेगा- सीएम धामी
देहरादून। उत्तराखण्ड विधानसभा में भू-कानून को अधिक सशक्त करते हुए ऐतिहासिक संशोधन विधेयक पास किया गया। सदन में बोलते हुए सीएम धामी ने कहा कि देवभूमि की सांस्कृतिक विरासत, पर्यावरण संतुलन और आमजन के अधिकारों की रक्षा हेतु सख्त भू-कानून नितांत आवश्यक था। यह कानून प्रदेश के हितों को सर्वोपरि रखते हुए अनियंत्रित भूमि खरीद-बिक्री पर रोक लगाएगा और राज्य के मूल स्वरूप को सुरक्षित रखेगा।
यह महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय उत्तराखण्ड की जनता की भावनाओं और आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए लिया गया है। हमारी सरकार देवभूमि के सम्मान, संस्कृति और प्राकृतिक संसाधनों की रक्षा के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। गौरतलब है कि बजट सत्र में नया भू कानून विधेयक सदन के पटल पर रखा गया था।
