हल्द्वानी: आयुक्त एवं सचिव मुख्यमंत्री दीपक रावत ने शनिवार को अपने कैंप कार्यालय में आयोजित जनसुनवाई के दौरान भूमि विवाद, बकाया धनराशि, बैंक बंधक, वेतन भुगतान और अन्य नागरिक समस्याओं से जुड़े मामलों की सुनवाई कर कई मामलों का मौके पर ही समाधान कराया।
सबसे प्रमुख मामले में काठगोदाम निवासी मीरा पंत को भूमि खरीद के नाम पर फंसी धनराशि में से 9.5 लाख रुपये वापस दिलाए गए। आयुक्त ने शेष 1.5 लाख रुपये सितंबर 2026 तक लौटाने के निर्देश संबंधित पक्ष को दिए। मीरा पंत ने बताया कि उन्होंने तपोवन क्षेत्र में भूमि खरीदने के लिए 11 लाख रुपये दिए थे, लेकिन न तो भूमि मिली और न ही पूरी धनराशि वापस हुई। आयुक्त के हस्तक्षेप से पहले 7 लाख रुपये और शनिवार को 2.5 लाख रुपये वापस मिले।
जनसुनवाई में जिला दिव्यांग पुनर्वास केंद्र, नैनीताल की आक्यूपेशनल थेरेपिस्ट तनुजा पाण्डेय सहित 10 कर्मचारियों ने फरवरी और मार्च 2026 से लंबित वेतन का मामला उठाया। आयुक्त ने मामले का संज्ञान लेते हुए समाज कल्याण विभाग के निदेशक से वार्ता की और एक सप्ताह के भीतर लंबित वेतन जारी करने के निर्देश दिए।
एक अन्य मामले में सद्भावना कॉलोनी निवासी मंजू जोशी ने शिकायत की कि उनके भवन को बैंक में बंधक रखकर लिए गए सीसी लोन के कारण वर्षों से संपत्ति बंधक मुक्त नहीं हो पा रही है। आयुक्त ने संबंधित पक्ष को सीसी लोन खाता बंद कराने, बैंक से लिखित व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने तथा तीन माह के भीतर शेष लगभग 22 लाख रुपये जमा कर भवन को बंधक मुक्त कराने के निर्देश दिए।
इसके अलावा जनसुनवाई में चोरी गई धनराशि वापस दिलाने, पड़ोसी द्वारा मानसिक उत्पीड़न, ज्वेलरी शॉप चोरी के आरोपी की गिरफ्तारी और रामपुर रोड चौड़ीकरण जैसी समस्याएं भी उठाई गईं। आयुक्त दीपक रावत ने अधिकांश मामलों का मौके पर ही निस्तारण करते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए।
