देहरादून। प्रेमनगर थाना क्षेत्र के कंडोली-बिडौली इलाके में आबकारी विभाग की संयुक्त टीम ने देर रात कार्रवाई करते हुए अवैध शराब की तस्करी और बिक्री के मामले का खुलासा किया। प्रभारी सहायक आबकारी आयुक्त प्रेरणा बिष्ट के नेतृत्व में की गई इस कार्रवाई के दौरान टीम ने एक चारपहिया वाहन और तीन स्कूटी को कब्जे में लिया। मौके से कुल 19 पेटी शराब बरामद की गई।
बरामद शराब में 10 पेटी अंग्रेजी एवं इंपोर्टेड शराब तथा 9 पेटी बीयर शामिल है। विभाग के अनुसार, शराब की बोतलों पर ‘फॉर सेल इन चंडीगढ़ ओनली’ अंकित था। प्रारंभिक जांच में पता चला कि शराब हरियाणा से लाकर बिडौली क्षेत्र में कथित तौर पर कॉलेज छात्रों को होम डिलीवरी के माध्यम से बेची जा रही थी।
कार्रवाई के दौरान मुख्य आरोपी बताए जा रहे विक्रांत उर्फ गर्वित ने अपना चारपहिया वाहन मौके पर छोड़ दिया और फरार हो गया। आबकारी टीम ने मौके से अंकुश, सौरभ और महिला आरोपी पिंकी को गिरफ्तार किया। तीनों हरियाणा के निवासी बताए गए हैं।
गिरफ्तार आरोपियों के खिलाफ आबकारी अधिनियम की धारा 63/72 के तहत कार्रवाई की गई है। सभी आरोपियों को देहरादून न्यायालय में पेश किया जा रहा है। वहीं फरार आरोपी की तलाश की जा रही है।
इस कार्रवाई में आबकारी निरीक्षक मसूरी दिवाकर चौधरी, जयवीर सिंह, उप आबकारी निरीक्षक उमराव सिंह राठौर, आशीष प्रकाश, अर्जुन सिंह, हेड कांस्टेबल राकेश नाथ, गोविंद सिंह, हेमंत, नौशाद और रीनू कुमार समेत आबकारी विभाग के अन्य कर्मचारी शामिल रहे।
