अल्मोड़ा। सोमेश्वर थाना क्षेत्र के ग्राम वडयूडा में मंगलवार सुबह एक मकान अचानक ढहने से बड़ा हादसा हो गया। मकान के मलबे में दबने से एक ही परिवार के तीन लोगों की मौत हो गई। हादसे की सूचना मिलते ही SDRF की टीम मौके पर पहुंची और स्थानीय पुलिस व ग्रामीणों के साथ मिलकर राहत एवं बचाव अभियान शुरू किया।
जानकारी के अनुसार, सुबह डीसीआर/आपदा से सूचना मिली कि ग्राम वडयूडा में एक मकान ढह गया है और कुछ लोगों के मलबे में दबे होने की आशंका है। सूचना मिलते ही सरियापानी पोस्ट से उपनिरीक्षक पंकज डंगवाल के नेतृत्व में SDRF टीम रेस्क्यू उपकरणों के साथ घटनास्थल के लिए रवाना हुई।
घटनास्थल से करीब तीन किलोमीटर पहले सड़क पर मलबा आने के कारण मार्ग बंद मिला। इसके बाद SDRF जवान आवश्यक उपकरण लेकर पैदल ही घटनास्थल तक पहुंचे। मौके पर पहुंचने के बाद टीम ने स्थानीय ग्रामीणों, फायर सर्विस और जिला पुलिस के साथ समन्वय कर मलबे में सघन तलाशी एवं रेस्क्यू अभियान चलाया।
काफी प्रयास के बाद SDRF टीम ने मलबे से तीन लोगों के शव बरामद किए। मृतकों की पहचान प्रेमा देवी (42), पत्नी राजेंद्र राम, कल्पना आर्या (19), पुत्री राजेंद्र राम और मनीष कुमार (18), पुत्र राजेंद्र राम के रूप में हुई है।
वहीं, परिवार का एक अन्य सदस्य गुलाब राम मकान से बाहर बने कमरे में सो रहा था। मकान ढहने के दौरान वह सुरक्षित बाहर निकलने में कामयाब रहा।
SDRF टीम ने बरामद तीनों शवों को आवश्यक कानूनी कार्रवाई के लिए जिला पुलिस के सुपुर्द कर दिया। हादसे के बाद गांव में मातम पसरा हुआ है।
