मृतकों में भारतीय नागरिक भी शामिल
कीव। रूस और यूक्रेन के बीच जारी युद्ध में एक बार फिर बड़े हवाई हमले ने तबाही मचा दी है। रूस की ओर से यूक्रेन के कई हिस्सों में रातभर किए गए ड्रोन और मिसाइल हमलों में कम से कम 12 लोगों की मौत हो गई, जबकि दर्जनों लोग घायल बताए जा रहे हैं। मृतकों में एक भारतीय नागरिक के भी शामिल होने की जानकारी सामने आई है। यूक्रेन के राष्ट्रपति वोलोदिमीर जेलेंस्की ने मंगलवार को हमले की जानकारी साझा करते हुए मृतकों के परिवारों के प्रति संवेदना जताई।
जेलेंस्की ने सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट के जरिए बताया कि हमलों में बड़ी संख्या में जेट ड्रोन और बैलिस्टिक मिसाइलों का इस्तेमाल किया गया। कई आवासीय इमारतों और नागरिक ढांचे को नुकसान पहुंचा है। हमले के बाद प्रभावित इलाकों में राहत और बचाव अभियान जारी है। राजधानी कीव और आसपास के क्षेत्रों में करीब 350 राहतकर्मी स्थिति को संभालने में जुटे हैं।
बोरिस्पिल में आवासीय इमारत को नुकसान
यूक्रेनी राष्ट्रपति के मुताबिक, बोरिस्पिल में रूस के हमले से पांच मंजिला रिहायशी इमारत क्षतिग्रस्त हो गई। यहां से करीब 50 लोगों को सुरक्षित बाहर निकाला गया। हमले में शहर में चार लोगों की मौत हुई, जबकि 13 लोग घायल हुए हैं।
ओडेसा और आसपास के इलाकों में भी पिछली शाम से ड्रोन और निर्देशित हवाई बमों से हमले जारी रहने की बात कही गई है। इन हमलों के कारण बड़ी संख्या में परिवारों की बिजली आपूर्ति प्रभावित हुई है। प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में विद्युत व्यवस्था को जल्द बहाल करने के प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं।
सीमा चौकी और निर्यात ढांचा भी निशाने पर
जेलेंस्की ने दावा किया कि रोमानिया सीमा के पास स्थित एक सीमा चौकी को भी जानबूझकर निशाना बनाया गया। इसके अलावा निर्यात से जुड़े बुनियादी ढांचे को भी नुकसान पहुंचने की जानकारी दी गई है।
कीव में एक रेलवे डिपो पर हुए हमले में सात लोगों की मौत का दावा किया गया है। इसके अलावा खेरसॉन, दोनेत्स्क, जापोरिज्जिया, खारकीव, चेर्निहीव, जाइटोमिर, सूमी और द्नीप्रो समेत कई क्षेत्रों में भी हमले किए जाने की जानकारी सामने आई है।
रूस पर नागरिकों को निशाना बनाने का आरोप
यूक्रेन के राष्ट्रपति ने रूस पर नागरिक आबादी को भारी नुकसान पहुंचाने के इरादे से हमले करने का आरोप लगाया। जेलेंस्की ने कहा कि रूस अपने हमलों की योजना इस तरह तैयार करता है कि लोगों की जान को अधिकतम नुकसान पहुंचे। उन्होंने यूक्रेन की वायु रक्षा क्षमता को मजबूत करने के लिए सहयोगी देशों से और सहायता देने की अपील की।
जेलेंस्की के मुताबिक, रूस के हमलों में होने वाली जनहानि को कम करने के लिए यूक्रेन को लगातार सैन्य और हवाई रक्षा सहायता की जरूरत है। उन्होंने उन देशों और सहयोगियों का आभार जताया, जो यूक्रेन की रक्षा क्षमता बढ़ाने में मदद कर रहे हैं।
पुतिन पर लगाया और युद्ध बढ़ाने का आरोप
इससे पहले जेलेंस्की ने रूसी राष्ट्रपति व्लादिमीर पुतिन पर युद्ध को आगे बढ़ाने की इच्छा रखने का आरोप लगाया था। उन्होंने दावा किया था कि यूक्रेन और उसके सहयोगियों से मिलने वाली खुफिया जानकारी तथा रूस की गतिविधियों से संकेत मिलता है कि रूसी नेतृत्व युद्ध समाप्त करने के बजाय इसे आगे बढ़ाना चाहता है।
जेलेंस्की ने यह भी कहा था कि रूस के भीतर बड़ी संख्या में लोग संपर्क रेखा पर युद्ध रोकने के पक्ष में हो सकते हैं, लेकिन इसके बावजूद रूसी नेतृत्व की ओर से युद्ध जारी रखने के संकेत मिल रहे हैं।
अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति के दूतों से भी हुई बातचीत
जेलेंस्की ने अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के दूत स्टीव विटकॉफ और जेरेड कुशनर के साथ बातचीत की थी। इस दौरान संभावित अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति यात्रा की तारीखों सहित युद्ध की मौजूदा स्थिति पर चर्चा हुई।
जेलेंस्की ने अमेरिकी प्रतिनिधियों को युद्ध के मोर्चे की स्थिति से अवगत कराया। उन्होंने दावा किया कि रूस को सीमित बढ़त ही हासिल हुई है और इसके लिए उसे भारी कीमत चुकानी पड़ी है।
