SDRF ने शव को 3 किमी पैदल स्ट्रेचर से पहुंचाया चोपता
रुद्रप्रयाग। चोपता-तुंगनाथ पैदल मार्ग पर खाई में गिरकर लापता हुई पंजाब निवासी 26 वर्षीय महिला का शव एसडीआरएफ ने करीब 400 मीटर गहरी खाई से बरामद कर लिया। महिला की पहचान पूजा साहनी के रूप में हुई है। शव को खाई से बाहर निकालने के बाद स्ट्रेचर के जरिए करीब 3 किलोमीटर पैदल ले जाकर चोपता पहुंचाया गया, जहां उसे आवश्यक कार्रवाई के लिए जिला पुलिस के सुपुर्द कर दिया गया।
जानकारी के अनुसार, 20 सितंबर 2026 को आपदा कंट्रोल रूम रुद्रप्रयाग से एसडीआरएफ को सूचना मिली कि चोपता-तुंगनाथ पैदल मार्ग पर एक महिला खाई में गिरने के बाद लापता हो गई है। सूचना मिलते ही एसडीआरएफ पोस्ट अगस्त्यमुनि से अपर उप निरीक्षक प्रेम प्रकाश के नेतृत्व में टीम तत्काल घटनास्थल के लिए रवाना हुई।
एसडीआरएफ टीम ने रात में तुंगनाथ मंदिर के आसपास महिला की तलाश की, लेकिन अंधेरा अधिक होने के कारण सर्च अभियान को रोकना पड़ा। इसके बाद 21 सितंबर की सुबह दोबारा खोज अभियान शुरू किया गया।
सुबह करीब 7:10 बजे एसडीआरएफ टीम ने रावण शीला से नीचे की ओर सर्चिंग शुरू की। इस दौरान टीम को करीब 400 मीटर गहरी खाई में महिला का शव दिखाई दिया। टीम ने मौके पर पहुंचकर शव को खाई से बाहर निकाला।
इसके बाद एसडीआरएफ ने डीडीआरएफ और स्थानीय पुलिस के साथ समन्वय कर शव को स्ट्रेचर के माध्यम से करीब 3 किलोमीटर तक पैदल ले जाकर चोपता पहुंचाया। यहां शव को आवश्यक कार्रवाई के लिए जिला पुलिस के सुपुर्द कर दिया गया।
पुलिस के अनुसार, मृतका की पहचान पूजा साहनी, उम्र 26 वर्ष, निवासी पंजाब के रूप में हुई है। घटना के संबंध में आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
